Dearest June. Always full of stories and laughs. One of my funniest memories was at Glen and Jeans for New Years a couple of years ago, and after watching the fireworks in the cinema room, Glen decided to turn the channel over to something that caught June's eye and I think made her blush by the sound of the "ooh my" that she let out. It wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't for the life size images on the big screen!

Aunty June.... back with Uncle Ronnie for jars out. I think we were very lucky to have you in our lives. So many happy memories of family parties, dancing and singing. I remember laughing so much with you. Marks and Spencer sell offs. Meals at yours... you better turn up hungry ! Josie has your little feet! Mum is missing you so much. I keep hearing about her remembering you being born, and she was so excited to have a little sister! She misses talking to you most evenings, if only to complain about the ridiculous storylines in Coronation Street! She has no one to moan about it with, now. She told me how you'd tell her in GREAT detail about every film you saw... spoiler alert! You were always a brilliant hostess and so thoughtful to Mike and the girls. You were always so proud of your girls and grandchildren. All my friends who had the privilege to meet you have sent their condolences. You will be greatly missed. So glad we got to see you recently. Such fond memories of June. Our lasting memory will be that of June singing "Ferry Across the Mersey" at Jan and Barry's wedding. We all loved it. Such a lovely person. She will be sadly missed. So glad she was with the family at the end.

Words cannot express how much I miss you and how grateful I am to have had you as my mum. You always knew how to bring joy into everyone’s lives. With your daft jokes and skits, and your contagious laughter, you had a way of brightening up any room. Your sense of fun touched the lives of everyone you met. You had this incredible ability to make people feel loved and valued. Thank you for everything, Mum. Mum, I miss you more and more each day, our chats, the laughs, the unconditional love you gave me. You were always there for me, bringing light and laughter. It was a privilege to care for you in your final days and even then you could still crack a joke! I hope you're at peace now and with dad having a great timexxxx

Mum, you were a special force of nature, a mini hurricane, a tiny twinkling star. I hope you're up there now, reunited with Dad, playing your favourite tunes on the piano or dancing the night away.
